This is dry, with a mineral-driven, almost cool character, atypical of the vintage. The wine is bracketed with tannins, which provides a firm character. Hints of richness appear along with acidity on the finish. || Sweet ripe plum fruit flavors are laced with acidity and soft, dusty tannins in this smoky tobacco-scented wine. It is smooth, rich, ready to drink.
