A value Gewurztraminer made from good fruit, this is easy to enjoy with its spicy apricot and lychee flavors. At 8 g/L residual sugar, there's just enough sweetness to keep it interesting, but not distract. The wine finishes dry and its juiciness calls out for smoked salmon.
