Pungent and herbal, with grassy notes that overlay bright lime fruit and a solid mineral base. Structured, this could age nicely over the next 5–8 years, much like a good Bordeaux blanc. || Certainly it's minerally, but beyond that the bouquet runs a touch mute. Clean on the palate, with green apple, lemon-lime and that same minerality found on the nose. Light to medium in body, and easy to drink.
