The high elevation appellation of Chiroubles produces structured wine like this. It's a cool, tannin and crisp fruit flavored wine. Red currants are cut with acidity and a juicy, really fruity aftertaste. The structure will allow the wine to age a few months, so drink from the end of 2016.
