The vineyard is named for a 16th century archbishop whose jurisdiction in the Age of Discovery covered all lands discovered and to be discovered. This wine is soft with pear and peach fruit and light acidity. It is balanced and warm, its creamy texture giving an attractive roundness and smoothness. The wine is ready to drink.
