Made with organically grown grapes, this single-vineyard bottling opens with enticing scents suggesting pressed violet, woodland berry, a potpourri of culinary spices and a balsamic note. Round and juicy, the smooth palate offers fleshy morello cherry, cinnamon and star anise alongside polished tannins. It's not very complex but it is delicious.
