The regular cuvée from Glen Carlou is a weighty wine, spicy, with toffee and cream flavors and some attractive green fruit to give it a fresh aftertaste. While this is not as serious as the Reserve Chardonnay, it makes a delicious apèritif wine, that will pair well with light fish dishes.
