Etienne-Henri Bourgeois was a pioneer in Sancerre of vinification in barrels. This wine, produced in homage, is a beautiful expression of tightly coiled, mineral Sauvignon Blanc. Beautifully crisp, it is bright and packed with fruit that still needs time to develop. Drink from 2017.
