Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is dark reddish-pink and unusual in its unadulterated cassis flavor and suggestion of charcuterie. Intense and slightly smoky, it's an interesting example of how Cabernet can be tamed to a rosé. It would pair interestingly with a cold steak salad.
