This 100% Cabernet, made solidly in the modern style of soft ripeness and considerable alcohol, is flamboyant in milk chocolate, blackberry jam and smoky oak flavors. For all the apparent sweetness, it finishes thoroughly dry and classy. Drink over the next 2–3 years.
