From old Alvarinho vines, this wine was fermented in wood to round it out and give extra richness. The wine certainly is full-bodied, intensely fruity, packed with apricot as well as citrus flavors. The toast element is as much a presence as a taste, giving the wine the possibility of aging. It's too fresh now; drink from 2016.
