Opens with a blast of freshly ground black peppercorns, and that peppery tastes travels into the flavor. A very unusual and distinctive wine, it's absolutely, refreshingly dry, with richer notes of cherries, currants and tangerine zest, finishing with a swirl of spicy anise, clove and cinnamon.
