Coming from a new vineyard near the town of Los Olivos, this bottling starts with steely aromas of dried lime rind, baking soda, gunmetal and quince on the nose. It's very tightly wound on the palate, where an intriguing texture reveals lemongrass, kaffir-lime leaf, aromatic cider apple and metallic minerality.
