Here it's a mix of lemon, lime and pineapple, with refreshing minerality. || Entirely fermented in neutral puncheons, this new release shows some extra depth and roundness, with a clean, leesy and mineral underpinning. Fresh cut pear and a hint of orange peel highlight the core fruit flavors.
