The winery is slowly proving itself with yet another expensive Napa Cabernet of unproven provenance but intense deliciousness. The wine shows the hallmarks of finesse and concentration, rich in black currants and cassis liqueur, with a rich jacket of oak. The alcohol is heady, giving the impression of a modern, superbly crafted Napa Valley Cabernet. Drink now–2020.
