An intense, fruity wine, with concentrated steely, stony flavors. Initially austere, it opens into fine, ripe aromas. But it remains on the dry, crisp side, a definite food wine. Needs 2–3 years of aging. || This is a large-scaled, structured Riesling that's loaded with minerals, boasting just hints of peach and apple. Starts with lime aromas but goes down like liquid rocks, capped of by a lingering, minerally finish. Nice wine, just not one full of fruit.
