A lovely, lush, complex and inviting nose brings rich cherry fruit, coffee grounds, smoke and toast right up front. The wine is ripe and fruity, but also shows tangy acidity, even hints of citrus and pineapple, and a lively mouthfeel that invites another sip. Still young and unevolved, it remains a bit disjointed, but with many interesting components.
