Here's a good, rather standard Rhône-style blend that can serve as an everyday house red wine. It's rich in raspberry and cherry fruit, cherry liqueur and sandalwood flavors, and is easy to like. || This is rich and extracted to the point of tasting candied, with black cherry, fig, roasted almond, brown sugar and cinnamon spice flavors—like a granola bar from a health food store. An easy-drinking blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Counoise.
