This new winery from 14-year Bonny Doon assistant Nicole Walsh presents an interesting nose, with elements of butter brickle candy, caramel apple and crushed macadamia nuts. There is some sandy minerality and golden apple skin grip on the palate, set against a subdued, guava cake-like tropicality that releases into the finish.
