Polarity is an unusual golden-hued wine made from Pinot Noir grapes that have minimal skin contact after pressing. Barrel fermentation and aging, as well as substantial lees stirring lend a rich, rounded palate and abundant notes of caramel, butter and popcorn. All this lusciousness is balanced by fresh apple and lemon flavor, and brisk acidity.
