This Cab is made in a leaner, earthier style you can describe as food friendly. It has complex flavors of blackberries, black currants and coffee. For those critics who knock California Cabernet as too ripe, this will come as a pleasant surprise. Drink now–2013. || Quite a rich Chardonnay.
