This Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah blend contains a splash of Viognier. It's a good, interesting wine, with complex layers of ripe red cherries and red licorice, as well as notes of bacon, mocha and black pepper. With a rich, fruity finish, it doesn't seem like an ager, but is very good now, especially with spicy lamb or beef dishes.
