The residual sugar is not indicated, but this is not a super-sweet dessert wine; it falls more into the off-dry camp. A mix of orange, peach and apricot fruit, slightly candied, it has buoyant acidity and a toasty finish from nine months in all new French oak. Foie gras anyone?
