The Auxerrois grape, closely related to Chardonnay, is obviously at home in the Auxerre region of northern Burgundy. This wine is a lighter, more perfumed version of a Chardonnay, with a tangy, mineral texture. It is crisp with white fruits and acidity. Drink now.
