Coming from a warmer slice of the upper Santa Ynez Valley, this wine by the Fess Parker family shows black plums, hot gravel, dark chocolate and black peppercorns on the nose. The palate offers very dark blueberry fruits, along with turned earth, espresso beans and a bit of beef char.
