Fashioned in the gutsy Ehrhart house style, this example does not disappoint, opening with intense Chinese spice and ground coriander which yield to cut apple and nutmeg flavors on the palate. It's off-dry in the mouth but a hit of acidity on the long lemon-honey finish leaves a refreshing impression. Serve with Malaysian food.
