A wonderfully aromatic wine that's bone dry, fresh and textured. A steely edge gives a mineral, tight character that emphasizes the youth of the wine. With a dominance of orange and lemon zest, plus juicy acidity, the wine does need a year or two; drink after 2016. || Upholding the Trimbach reputation for making classically styled wines, this is a crisp, fresh Pinot Blanc.
