Full of dark plum and earth, a tremendous old-school California Mourvedre from old Oakley vines that exude mushroomy soft tannins and a rounded spiciness, finished by a trace of chocolate. || Intensely fruity—think boysenberry and blackberry jam—this old Carignane is also leathery tough with black pepper spice that's very savory amid the berry and cherry and bosomy tannins.
