A wonderful Grenache, one of the best currently available in California. It comes on the heels of the winery's successful 2010 bottling, suggesting that Landmark has an aptitude for the variety. The wine is as silky as a coastal Pinot Noir, with alcohol of only 13.6% by volume. Gently soft, it shows oak-influenced raspberry, cocoa and cinnamon flavors.
