This is a sumptuous, delicious Syrah, marked by very ripe fruit, but also by a wonderfully complex balance. Fully dry, it's packed with blackberry pie filling, cola, licorice, mushu plum sauce, mocha and pepper flavors, with a distinct note of grilled meat. Drink through 2010 for its youthful beauty.
