The mouthfeel is creamy, accented by attractive toasted notes followed by a bitter twist at the close. || Vanilla and pear aromas are neither exciting nor a turn-off, while the palate is solid, ifa bit tangy and weighty. Overall this is a modest wine that's on the downturn. It's not bad but it is flat-edged and bulky.
