A harsh, disagreeable wine. So high in acidity, it's sour, and the finish is sweet and hot. || Not very Chardonnay-like, more like a Viognier or Pinot Gris with its aromatic floral, tropical fruit, citrus, melon and spice aromas and flavors. Still, it's very tasty, and dry as well, with a crisp spine of minerally acidity. || Very dry, this Riesling shows tart acidity, with apricot, green apple, citrus and floral flavors, and a tug of stony minerals.
