Made with organically-farmed fruit, here's a warm climate Sauvignon (its name translates as “the dwarfs and the ballerinas”) that shows heavy aromas of honeysuckle, exotic fruit, candied apricot and lemon curd. There's a waxy texture in the mouth followed by more yellow-fruit flavors.
