A blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Blanc, this was barrel fermented in 20% new oak, and aged sur lie for a full year. The deep green/gold hue, and the scents of toasted, oiled nuts, tip you off to the fact that this may already drinking at its prime. It's soft, oaky and slightly liquorous.
