This wine is dominated by acids and tannins that numb the mouth, although the blackberry and cherry flavors are so ripely powerful, they come through unscathed. Feels rustic now, but it's thoroughly dry, and could be more interesting in a year or two. || This is a soft, thick Pinot. It's fully dry, but has the texture of jelly, with cooked cherry flavors.
