This study of darkness that puts 76% Petite Sirah together with 16% Tannat and 8% Tempranillo shows blackcurrant, brown sugar, scarlet-red roses and herb-crusted roast beef on the nose. Ripe olallieberries and dark meat flavors show on the sip, where soft but grippy tannins are laced with spicy acidity and crushed herbs.
