The greenness of Cabernet Franc leads this Right Bank-style wine on the nose and palate, with cooked bell pepper and pico de gallo salsa prevalent. The mouthfeel is even and not too heavy. Although it's very Old World in design, it would pair perfectly with Mexican dishes.
