It seems quite right to call the grape Shiraz rather than Syrah in this blend, because the wine has a ripe, sweetly fruity style reminiscent of Australia. It is broad and full of black fruit, laced with acidity and finished with a warm edge of tannin. || It seems quite right to call the grape Shiraz rather than Syrah in this blend, because the wine has a ripe, sweetly fruity style reminiscent of Australia.
