Light cherry colored, this wine displays aromas of herbs, cherry and melon. It drinks off dry (6.6g/L residual sugar) but lacks the acid to support the sugar. || Bright and tart, almost sour. This is the style of rosé you want on a hot summer day. Chill it well down and drink it like a stainless-fermented white wine. The alcohol is barely over 12%––it won't hurt!
