Inviting aromas of buttercream, vanilla bean and lemon custard-laced pastries draw the nose into this wine, made by three families. Two members of the group, Rich Aurilia and Dave Roberts, are former pro baseball players. It's very balanced on the palate, with white peach, honey and citrus, and a judicious amount of butter on the edges.
