Soft and luscious, this Cabernet has a melted fruit quality, like cherry pie filling, with a scoop of vanilla and coffee ice cream. Tasty, but beyond that is great structure and bones. Drink this wine by 2015. || Rich, ripe and extracted, with a wealth of blackberry, cherry and cola fruit flavors. Missing some depth and subtlety, but it sure is a polished and delicious sipper. Drink now.
