This maverick wine looks cloudy and orange in hue and offers citrus zest and peach skin aromas. That's because it was fermented with the grape skins, like a red wine. A plethora of flavors comes through on the palate, from peach and almond to jasmine and prosciutto, and it has a mouthfilling texture. Know that it's not a mainstream wine but enjoy it anyway.
