This has to be the only blend of Pinot Noir, Syrah, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay produced in California, and maybe in the world. Dry and tasty as it is, it's certainly an eccentric wine. It shows plenty of ripe raspberry, red licorice and sweet bacon, yet the acidity is reminiscent of Champagne. Drink now.
