True to it's name, this blend of traditional Bordeaux grape varieties plus Syrah is big and bold in flavor and mouthfeel. It's also remarkably elegant, however, balancing rich black cherry flavor with tart cranberry notes and layers of savory spice and herb. Fine-grained tannins penetrate the finish. Drink now with a decant, or allow to mellow over the next 3-5 years.
