This estate is a clear cut leader in the Conegliano subzone of Prosecco Superiore. Not only does it produce great sparkling wines, but it offers an entire ecosystem of farming, agriculture and animal breeding that follows a stringent model of ecological sustainability. Hats off for this clean and focused bubbly.
