A deft combination of spice, earth and dried fruit hits the nose on this bottling, with aromas of cinnamon, chalk, baked plum, mace and purple flowers. The mineral-driven palate offers lots of rocky flavors, with brick and chipped slate giving depth to wound-up cherry, red apple skin and turned-earth elements.
