Fragrant and crisp, this is a lively blend in which the Aligoté gives a great cut of acidity. The wine does have some weight as well, rounded at the end with the bright aftertaste. || Crisp, fresh sparkling wine, lightly creamy but more going towards green fruits, tight acidity. It doesn't need any bottle aging and really should be drunk in the next year to keep its essential freshness.
