Richly juicy wine, with red berry fruits and ripe tannins. It is well balanced with black currant acidity cutting through the dark spice and wood. A wine for long-term aging. || A wine that initially seems smothered in wood. Only slowly do the blackberry fruits and fresh acidity come through, and even then the toast, and a green edge, are dominant.
