Notes of fresh and bruised apple on the nose have an overtone of lychee. The palate is restrained but references all of these flavors very elegantly, underlining them with bright lemon freshness. The mousse is creamy and fine while the acidity has some welcome, refreshing spikiness. This is an ideal apéritif, full of life and zest—totally dry and mouth-watering.
