An inky-black, syrupy-thick wine from 60-year-old head-trained vines, this fills the palate with a taste of blueberry cobbler aside a slab of bacon, a mix of both savory and sweet. Rich and ripe, it finishes awash in strong black coffee, ready to stow away in the cellar through 2020.
